STUCCO WAX

Check price STUCCO WAX

Decorative finish wax for stuccos by Francesco GUARDI is an ideal product for highlighting colour and adding sheen to a limestone stucco surface. The wax is produced from beeswax and mineral wax with an admixture of turpentine. So, in addition to its decorative properties, it is suitable for protecting the surface of limestone stuccos from moisture and mechanical abrasion while making it easier to maintain the applied plaster.

In addition, the Francesco GUARDI wax also facilitates shining and maintenance of some wooden surfaces (including furniture, frames, parquets, etc.) and for surfaces made from marble, granite, stone, terracotta and other surfaces that can be waxed.

  1. SUBSTRATE PREPARATION

The substrate must be clean, dry and free from dust, grease and other substances that reduce adhesion.

  2. APPLICATION METHOD

Apply a very thin coat of Francesco GUARDI wax using an INOX Venice trowel on a dry and clean surface of stucco — not more than 1 m2. After approx. 3 minutes, polish using a soft material, e.g. flannel or mechanically using a car polisher until a sheen has been obtained. Repeat this procedure on the entire surface.
